What’s this Panera? It’s green and it’s hairy but it’s not a pet 😬. I hardly ever write reviews but the Panera employee recommended me to do so in this matter. Since the bread is freshly baked at the store the night before, I’m guessing he suggested it might be an issue before it gets to their store. So here I am. Please help.

Food didn’t taste great and it looked awful. They obviously didn’t care and that’s sad. Perhaps the tuna should go in the middle of the sandwich next time. Also got a Turkey bacon bravo, perhaps actual Turkey should be in the sandwhich, instead of what looks like elephant leg.

I really like the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich but the last couple times I’ve gotten it it was cold in the middle. The outside is usually pretty hot, but the inside I get maybe a half dollar size amount that’s closer to ice cold than room temperature. I keep ordering it for the hopes of it being warm throughout, but I have to ask them to remake it each time.

Too be expected Panera Bread has solid service and a good quick and easy takeout system. Always a positive experience and a new menu to look forward too ever so often. This location gets a thumbs up from me 👍

Had the steak and cheddar cheese grilled sandwich and a side of mac/cheese. I did a take out, which did take awhile even though I put a time in for pick up. The food was wonderful!

Loved the berry Poppy salad with chicken. Had lunch with a friend, they got 1 order wrong, but quickly fixed the order, and still gave me the order that was made wrong. Great, friendly customer service!

Dropping my rating. Panera has become overpriced, skimpy with ingredients, lacking flavor, and miserably low supply of baked goods no matter time of day. So very sad.

Wouldn't let me cancel delivery (I too work in a restaurant- I know it's hard, we're short staffed & desperately trying to hire but I had to stay longer on my shift) says 3PD needs 1hr notice to cancel... I tried BUT because online says my order is to be ready by 1:30pm-1:45pm (for delivery time of 2:30pm BTW) I can't cancel.
My food has been sitting in the sun for 4.5hrs.
Waste of $30.
AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER SAT IN THE PARKING LOT ALMOST 30MINS BEFORE EVEN HEADING TO MY HOME.
Never again.
