I celebrated my birthday last night in this great restaurant. happy to tell that it was a superb evening and the restaurant was no doubt the reason for the outstanding gathering. The stuff participated in a very nice style, the food was delicious and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Zero stars. Papa John’s needs to do something, this restaurant smears the name of the company. The owner threatens you (a friend of mind, saw it with my own eyes), and won’t deliver to the door. Was in my house with a broken foot and had to argue with the owner and delivery driver to come to my door. My wife, who was very sick had to walk downstairs to pick up $30+ worth of food. Then, they tried to mark my order as delivered without actually delivering the food and took another 50 minutes on top of the 50 minutes I waited to get the food. So basically 1 hour and 40 minutes — I spent $34.00. Thats a lot of money to be treated that way. Especially for pizza. Also very cheap, they tried to charge my buddy seventy five cents for a garlic sauce and didn’t include the pepper that comes with my order. It’s worse than the DMV.

I have ordered from this location 3 times. The first two times my order was delivered early or on time, food was fresh and I had no issues. My 3rd & recent order was placed at 2:18 PM and was delivered at 4:23 PM, food was cold and looked sloppy and not appetizing. Hopefully this was just an off night.

Terrible staff team, who argue, give looks, and do not know how to run a kitchen. The guy tried to charge me for extra toppings for my large 1 topping pizza, which is 9.99. He said “we don’t do that here” after I showed him the papa johns app where it says 9.99. Also waited for about 10 minutes for them to take my order, and the guy was about to take a phone order before I said I was here before the phone order. I’ve worked in busy kitchens for years, and from the customer service I received from 3 of their staff, I can tell they do not care about the fruit of their labor and have 0 passion, which leads to low maintenance.
