I had a so so experience a couple weeks back & I reached out to customer service. The Yonkers manager Freddy reached out to me the next day and offered a GC that more than covered our meal and he was super nice. I was really impressed and will be returning. Excellent customary service is rare these days. Nice to see some places/ managers still know how to treat their customers. Thanks a Freddy !

Had a great time here. Went there with a friend. We had lots of fun. The food was great and the atmosphere was greasy. The employees were respectful and welcoming.

Came here on a whim but wow the staff here is incredible. They are legit the nicest group of people. We had Jorgii as our waiter and we loved him. He was attentive and so kind! The food and drinks were awesome! Cant wait to come back.

When dining at the Outback Steakhouse today, I was quite pleased with the experience. The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the pleasure of being served by Isaiah, an outstanding waiter. He was extremely courteous and quite knowledgeable of the menu. He listened very attentively to any questions I had and was able to provide the answers. I was motivated to write this review because people generally complain when the service doesn't meet their expectations, but it's also important to comment when the service is great. The service Isaiah provides is truly exceptional.

Leilan was a great server! Constantly checking in on us and made sure we were alright through the meal. Made great menu suggestions. She was the best! Had a good time with my mother after a rough day of work.

After having a few take out experiences in NYC, this was my first dine in experience, and it did not disappoint. The options were great, having a combo to try different things. The dessert was killer. The service was on point. Outback has a very efficient good quality to go system, but dining in was fantastic.

Jorge was an amazing server, he was knowledgeable about the menu, super patient with all of my questions, attentive and just a pleasure to have. His sense of humor really made my evening. All of our food was hot, fresh and on point. He made the experience memorable. I’m so happy we stopped by. Definitely coming back and asking for Jorge, he’s the MVP.

My favorite part coming to the restaurant was the the atmosphere all the employees were great, but laylani our waiter sorry if I’m not spelling it right, she was amazing, she was attentive, love it 😊 when I come back and if she’s not here I’m leaving ☺️

I love this place! the service is always great, everyone is kind and makes you feel at home. The host was very nice, The food runner Derek was always attentive toward us and anything we needed he was also very patient and well-mannered. Waiting for our food did not take long and this was well appreciated. This restaurant is always so well managed there is always a lot of teamwork going on.

Juliana is our favorite outback employee. She is so good at her job. We always make sure we are in her section. We will not dine in if she is not there. Her service is top notch!!
