Food is in line with other Boston Market restaurants. They've changed the recipe on a few things, and I believe the quality has lowered a bit.
Food area is clean, dine-in area is clean, and restrooms are stocked.

DELICIOUS FOOD...great service, very clean and no wait. I have never been disappointed at ANY Boston Market that I have eaten at. The food & prices are better here than in any restaurant in Boston, MA.

Surprisingly the food was really good I got the garlic and herb roasted 1/2 chicken , rice , and yam casserole and the chicken was well cooked and not dry at all I would definitely be ordering again

The lady in charge was so very nice to me and made great meal suggestions. Her kindness and professionalism, were more than Heart Warming, as well as Genuine. Regretfully I only purchased one dinner. Without a doubt, will definitely revisit this restaurant.

Excellent customer service from
a young man named Xavier(?) this evening, he stated right away that they didn’t have anymore chicken for the night but offered other options and offered a drink for the inconvenience. It was really appreciated because I had a pretty awful day and his simple act of kindness made my day.
I ended up getting the pulled bbq chicken, it was a little on the dry side and the mac and cheese noodles were on the softer side today but I’m not one to complain about things too much. I understand that times are tough for a lot of people, companies, etc.
