Usually pretty busy. Still a mcdonalds though so the wait isnt that long

Good food, chips are always a bit too cold but that's too be expected when you server thousands of people a day. They're always happy to replace the chips so that's very good service

We went for an early breakfast when the place had just opened. Food spot on and great service, we went upstairs because it was cold downstairs due to the doors being open, Maccy's staff brought our food up in no time many thanks!

It was pretty busy when we went in and opted to sit upstairs.
Staff were very good at wiping tables, emptying bins and keeping the the toilets clean.
Not so much fun for customers and staff were a group of boys larking about and trying to bait the staff.
We needn't have worried as the staff soon sorted them out in a very professional way.

excellent service and friendly staff. The food was hot and we did not have to wait long for it. The tables were clean and staff were seen to be actively keeping the restaurant area clean. will definately visit again when next in Wrexham.

Very quick service even tho it was quite busy. Food was hot & order was correct, decent music plus it lovely & warm inside. The only downfall was the table hadn't been cleaned properly & had dried food stuck to it plus a group of rowdy teens were sitting in the children's area making a right mess swearing at the top of their voices spoiling it for other families. The 2 members of staff upstairs who were aware of what the group were doing should've reported it to a manager but they just carried on with what must've been a very interesting conversation
