The people that work there are very nice, they also know how to make a great sandwich! They are not stingy when it comes to how much meat they put on, and the bread was fresh and soft, definitely the best subway I’ve ever been to, I work as a driver and will be making detours just to go to that subway from now on!

The best Subway location in Worcester. Employees are very friendly and do a great job preparing sandwiches. The veggies are always fresh and not brown/limp like other locations. Also, I was in and out in less than five minutes, they’re very fast compared to other locations.

Place is always clean and smells good, but stop visiting and eating there because they are embezzling ingredients everybody's orders for profit if I would say. If it's not the meats it's the veggies, then when you ask they say that's what they're taught ,but would offer to add more for me??? I understand, different owner, but same brand and same recipe should always be the SAME???

Waited 10 mins because the people in front of me were ordering numerous sandwiches...I go through the process of ordering two footlongs. I give him my coupon only to be told to scan it because "we don't take some coupons" I'm sorry..what? It's a subway coupon...this is subway correct?? Guess what...it was a coupon they didn't take! Ridiculous. I walked out and left both sandwiches...eat that subway. Will not go back.

🚨DON'T 🚨order online. Totally messed up online order buy1get 1free. They don't follow directions. Ordered Chicken Teriyaki footlong chicken cold on the inside big clump of not completely melted cheese. A rabbit sized, big chunks of green peppers. Since, I don't live too far from there. I brought the sandwiches back for a corrected remake ...So if you Must because, it a good deal *online only...stand outside order online then walk in watch/instruct them to make it the way you originally requested it to be made!!!

I love this subway, it's my go-to and favorite location. It sets itself apart because their ingredients are always wicked fresh and they are one of only a few locations I've found that offer swiss cheese.

Feels like your bothering them to order, they are not welcoming went yesterday and did not get a welcome or how can i help you. " what do you want to order" with a annoyed face. Not just that but its disgusting when a worker is wearing the same gloves he was cleaning tables with and fixing the small poles to get in line with and then goes with the same gloves to a make someones sandwich with. Mind you theirs veggies you have to put your hands in. i wanted to gag the gloves should be changed every time !!!! People should really work on there customer service skills !
