Mcdonald's

Horrible place I order a coffe with my order and that was only water and sugar and the staff is so unprofessional,and unhelpful they ignore the costumers, in front of my eyes they say to each other “I’m not helping the next costumer”. I don’t know who is managing that place but definitely they need a new management and a new staff, we pay for our food and we deserve great service… I am very very disappointed. Worst experience ever…

Again, I ask for butter and extra butter and get no butter.I did not ask for ketchup I got several. I try to call and talk to someone but noone answered and went to voice mail , where the mailbox was full.Everytime I go to mill St McDonald's I do not get all my product or it is cold right out of the window.Mill st MCDONALD'S IS THE WORST MCDONALD'S AROUND.I HAVE EVEN TRIED TO CALL THE MAIN OFFICE AND ALL THE DO IS TRY TO APPEASE ME WITH COUPONS.HOW ABOUT DOING IT RIGHT. ABIUTDOING IT RIGHT.NOW, BEFORE YOU ASK WHY I KEEP GOING THERE

Most of the time it's pretty good but this morning I went and got a mocha frappe, and it had bits of shredded plastic in it. Edit: I tried calling so they can correct the problem before more people end up with plastic in their drinks, and they don't answer their phones. Instead you're directed to their answering machine which has too many messages so you can't add your own. I will be stopping by later to tell them.
