They were moving quickly and trying hard on a very busy Monday morning in an airport.
I don't envy what they a have to put up with especially in high volume times so be kind and patient.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst. Idk how many times I’ve order a toasted bagel and it comes out colder than cold. Then when I ask if it’s toasted they say yes. Time to clean house and hire new people!

I don't go to this dunkin often but when I do the customer service is always terrible.

Newer store. Very bright and clean. Menu is tough to read when having to order quickly. Very tough to hear what the workers are asking when wearing mask as its a very noisy location. Gave my order three times. They gave me the first hot beverage in seconds even though it lacked the sugar that was asked for. No worries I just asked for a couple of sugar packets. The second hot beverage took ten minutes to complete. Had to ask twice on where it was. No explanation or apology was given .

This was in Conway. you could only wish to have a Dunkin like this one. The person in the window was an older man, big smile on this face, very cheery and happy. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.

my mother's half regular half decaf coffee tasted like it was made with older expired coffee. the hot chocolate I got was not regular hot chocolate but in fact mint hot chocolate.

I normally like Dunkin' donuts but this particular location on Park avenue was not very good. The drive-thru line was long because they were behind and they don't even offer French crullers anymore, while their sister location on main Street does.

This location can never get your order right. They serve cold stale food, and make your drinks however they want. I personally always buy a macchiato which is supposed to come with two espresso shots, after all it is almost $5, never does though. If you want to get what you paid for do not go to this dunkin' donuts you will be .ripped off!
