Empire Buffet

Wasn’t a bad buffet. Was charged for dinner price at 3pm however. And they did not have dinner options out yet to be served. They were switching over. So most food was cold or not enough to get seconds. I asked for a refill of buttered potatoes when we got there and as we left they still had t brought any out. I’m definitely gonna make sure when I go again the Peking lot is full…means fresher food 🤩

The food there is absolutely amazing. But the lady that came and collected our a few plates here and there brought us our check at the end of the meal. We gave her the card she came back with a card in the pan in her hand and she started to waive that little black thing around that you put cash in for a tip so you do you have any money for me I will never go in there again she is a disgusting vile person

Would have gone 2½ stars if they had it, as the experience was average to low. Parking was good, atmosphere is ok, due to multiple pig decor on the walls. Wondering if it is subliminal, a buffet with pig decor... There was no wait, and plenty of bars to pick from. However, the food is average, as well, feeling more like a franchise than anything. When getting food at the bars, burned my hand 3 times grabbing different tongs, due to the trays not sitting in the heat table properly. I've been here about 30min, and have only been visited by my waitress twice. Once to come get my drink order when i first sat down, second time was bringing the drink to me. Price is decent, $8+ for lunch buffet, $2 drink. A mediocre lunch for $10. As much as Chan's costs more and the food is better, for $10, you get what you pay for. Also, found bone pieces in the boneless bbq chicken and boneless ribs.

Chinese buffet in one of my favorite dinners and I have been to all of them in the region. We've been going to Empire Buffet for over 20 years because they are one of the BEST. The last time I went, a couple years ago, the food wasn't great - it was during the Covid shutdowns. But last night it was back to being EXCELLENT. A fabulous choice of hot, fresh food and better than average service. I'm so glad Empire Buffet is back from the Covid shutdowns - and better than ever!
