Just got something from here, first problem is the screens ! Very slow compared to dealing with a person behind the counter.What happened to good old customer service? I always found this place pretty good but it's gone right down. …
Thay have no idea what they're doing.
Half of an order missing and they can't tell the difference between 6 and 12 inches.
Have to use the screens to order! which takes on average over 5 mins, where as it takes 7 seconds to communicate verbally.... how this is faster more convenient and the way forward baffles me completely. Will never return until I can talk to a human behind the counter!!

2 staff member just flirting order a stake and cheese took away all the pepper/onions and added sweet corn, pickles, cucumber cheese toasted to get home and it just be steak and cheese with pepper and onion!!!! How can you physically get that wrong oh wait cause your stood there flirting instead of checking the order correctly
