There aren't many things in this world nowadays that you can really feel good about. But this place is one of them. Diana took the time to take my daughters allergy concerns into consideration, made her brand new fresh pretzels, in a separate oven to make sure there was absolutely no chance for cross-contamination. She took those concerns so seriously when most people wouldn't and really went out of her way to make it the best experience possible. Absolutely a customer for life and keep doing amazing things Diana! Thank you so much!

Went to the location located upstairs near JCP. The amazing manager was short-staffed with a line down the hall… but she didn’t even do a double take when I asked if she would accommodate my child’s allergies. She made a brand new batch of pretzels, disinfected the tray, used separate tongs, asked me like 15 times if she got the order correct , and smiled the entire time. I felt so blessed to have such a beautiful person take the time out to do that on a busy Sunday afternoon. She is in my prayers and thoughts forever just for that one small gesture. I was truly moved to tears . Praying that God keeps her happy, healthy, and fully staffed so she can continue to do the great work that she does! ❤️

I cannot believe I never been to Auntie Anne's before. My phone carrier had a deal so today was the perfect day. The place is located right inside the Woodbridge mall. When I walked in I told the server I had a coupon and she knew exactly what I was talking about. She got me a cinnamon pretzel and a small lemonade. She was really quick and nice. The pretzel was good and so was the lemonade. No issues.

Never going to this place again. So unprofessional. An older lady was behind the counter continuously licking her gloves. No one said anything. I was so disgusted. I asked for the manager and the employees went to get her, not only did she go off on them, for interrupting whatever it was that she was doing, she mentioned the matter was not that serious. Honestly, this will be that last time I buy from that store. Not only is it Covid but it’s so many other germs that could spread from doing that. When I told one of the workers, I can tell she was not surprised at what I said. Disgusted! And free those employees, they didn’t deserve that. I really can’t stand nasty managers.
