Panda Chinese Restaurant

I finally found my go-to establishment for Chinese food near Tacketts Mill. The pork fried rice is really on point. Satisfying pieces of sweet red pork are abundant, and the wonton soup is superb. Good prices! The place is hard to find, but it is there, and worth seeking out. Dining in is not currently an option, but the takeout is very good.

Wanted to share that this is hands down the best Chinese around . Don’t sleep on this little hidden gem . The lady who runs this place is a sweetheart and takes such pride in her business and it shows in the food. The portions are large ( especially the dinner ones) and absolutely delicious. This time we got beef and snow peas and sesame chicken and steamed dumplings. So, so yummy and always piping hot and fresh. Having our second ( leftover) meal from last nights order and it’s still delicious!!! Give this place a try you won’t regret it. I will only go to panda Chinese. PS it’s a little hard to find the first time especially at night, I kept driving around before I located it. I park in the back ( past the bee store) and it’s on the corner on the lower level ; kinda under the stairs. There is a small neon sign . Well worth the hunt !!!

I lived in Woodbridge for 11 years. We sold our house and moved to NC in 2017. We always went to Panda right up the street at Tacketts Mill. I was up there over the weekend to visit. I packed my cooler. When I tell you I had to get my Panda to take back to North Carolina. I had it sitting on ice. I wish you all were down here. Perfect food. Never had an issue. Yall need to think about opening a spot down here in Winston-Salem. Or Charlotte.
