Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

First time here and here is what we’ve experienced. The staff is super friendly. Kayla, our host was kind and helpful, she was patient and she answered all our questions. The food came out at a reasonable time. We got the house-made guacamole and house-made tortillas chips. They were impressively delicious. Then we had wings and the southern chicken sandwich. I am usually picky with chicken but I decided to take the risk, am so glad I did! That sandwich was soooo good! Mind you I started writing this review before the bill came and here’s what happened. One thing to be mindful is to verify thoroughly the check. They charge for sauce and ranch and bleu cheese. That was bizarre. I asked our host and she also thought that was bizarre. She took them off the bill. They charged a dollar for wedges instead of fries, whatever. We will definitely be back!

The food is always a hit at Buffalo Wild Wings. However, it took a while for our server to initially come to our table. She continued to be slow circling back around for the duration of our meal. The restaurant was pretty empty, so I am unsure what the issue was. I felt maybe she was having an off day, and I tipped her as if she did an amazing job.

Definitely above the beyond service by Joana. She is the best server I have ever come across. The food could have been better because the sauces of our wings were not evenly distributed. The drinks were delicious. The person who makes the registration could use some training to deal with customers and communication. Overall great place to get some wings at late night. Watch out for the under cover cops waiting outside of the place in the parking lot.
