Great place to stop by for donuts and refreshments. Staff are very respectful and helpful in giving input and recommendation. Establishment is very clean and the family oriented atmosphere makes you feel very welcomed. The maple bacon donut is spectacular.

I made an over the phone and picked it up in ten minutes. The donuts were still warm! The young man who handed me my donuts was so polite. It’s a gift for my daughter she loves donuts!

The concept is 5/5. Its great to eat fresh donuts out so no questions there. Donut Sundae cost is almost at 10 a piece which in my opinion is outrageous. Individual Donut cost is decent to be around 3 a piece and so on. Again the food is not concern here just the pricing is very expensive relatively in exchange with the novelty donuts and experiences.

I gotta be honest, I have not ever really enjoyed visiting this location because of the guest services but today was different. The young ladies that took care of Maverick and I were so kind! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed warmly. We were served promptly and accurately and the donuts are FIRE! Hot and FRESH! Thanks for the great service. It’s hard to find these days. They even hooked us up with some ducks for the girls! I dunno what changed. Manager or morale but either way, keep it up y’all! 10/10 highly recommend. Have an awesome day ladies!

Duck Donuts has a variety! They make the donuts themselves and they are so good, almost gourmet if they aren't gourmet. I had a iced coffee when I went, and it was good too. She asked if everything was good to follow up and it was. 4 stars due to them not having hot coffee at the time :(

Duck Donuts are always fresh, hot, and satisfying for the sweet tooth. I've had nothing but good experiences at this location, it's always clean, and the employees are helpful and quick.

Krispy Kreme glazed are much better than theirs. I tried 6 different flavors. Basically they have the same base and they just add topping on it. Every flavor almost tasted the same. Also, had cappuccino mocha and milkshake. I had high hopes to try a new donut shop and this one FLAVOR WISE did not stand a chance. Quality not up too par with other competitors. Never going to another branch of theirs.

warm, fresh and yummy. friendly and efficient staff. staff prepare fresh donuts of your choice. please allow 5+ mins for donuts preparation. prices are little high though but given that they are freshly baked and coated, its worth it.

D.E.licious. they make them fresh right in front of your eyes. The people are real nice to. So many diffrent donuts to choose from you wonder which each one taste like. Sugar sugar and more sugar for sure, but the best donuts I've tried on the East coast. You gotta try these duck donuts and check it off your bucket list. The peach cobbler was my favorite. :)
