Outback Steakhouse

Victor, Kitchen Mgr and Cheryl, our Server, provided excellent customer service on 12/2, to meet my strict dietary needs. I was made to feel welcomed and not a nuisance due to my requests. Thank you guys for helping me to dine out and have a tasty experience. Good customer service is hard to find these days but y’all nailed it with a 10 for me.

This out ack has always been, but this last visit took it to another level. I had the burger, cooked to perfection. My wife's steak was great, from what I could tell. It was good enough that there was none left for her to share :( When it came to service, Daniel managed to keep my drink full (not an easy thing). He got our food exactly right, and got our appetizer and bread out quickly.Daniel was awesome!

I went out to lunch with my Mother today and wanted to make it special. It had been at least two years since I had been to one of these restaurants, and it was definitely a treat. I can't even remember the last time when I had steak. .My Mom actually reminded me about the type of steak that I ordered the last time that we were here. I trusted her so I chose the classic ribeye steak and for sides I got Aussie fries and a Caesar side salad. My Mom ordered the classic prime rib with French onion soup , and a side garden salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Our Server Ester came to our table a few times and did an excellent job making sure we were ok. The steaks were complete awesomeness.

Wasn't having the best day but my server RJ definitely changed my mood and experience. He's an awesome guy and a amazing server, he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and his service was outstanding, as long as I can have him as my server during my next visit outback will remain my favorite restaurant, give this man a raise and his recognition!!!

My husband and I dined at the Outback on 3 September and I'd like to take this opportunity to highlight Esther. Esther is an outstanding, kind-hearted person and waitress with an all natural pleasant personality. Her care for people is truly a gift. She made us feel full of welcome. She's the kind of worker you want to keep as the face of the restaurant. And to make things also awesome, the food was OUTSTANDING too!
