I use to come to this location all the time, but after covid the service alone has become absolutely terrible. My girlfriend and I just went there today, waited in the drive thru for a good 8 minutes waiting to have our order taken. Then upon receiving our food the drive thru tenant was ignorant shoving the bags into my girlfriends hands. Got home and looking at our food the fries were soggy and cold, my loaded baked potatoes had only cheese and bacon and was under cooked as well. The only thing that was actually enjoyable was the strawberry frosty . We both agreed to never come to this location again

I'd just like to like to share my experience at Wendy's today. The gentleman at the window couldn't be nicer. he had me pull over while they attended to other customers in the drive-thru line. His name is Joseph. He was courteous and you could just tell he enjoys his job. Top-notch employee.

Ordered@the window girl didn't understand the specials they were running. Was charged for 4 meals. Then when I got the food it was all wrong. I asked for them to fix it and was told that I could have my money back. Then was asked if I wanted anything else by the manager and I said yeah my food. But he said he had other customers waiting. So on the positive side they had chocolate frostys for once.
Never received the money back on my card. Rude manager

Terrible service, they didn't have my mobile order ready when I went for pick up and forced me to go through the drive thru twice. Ended up waiting half an hour for food that should've been a quick pick up.

Changed from one to two stars since the burger was actually pretty decent.

I realized they messed up my order so I tried to go back into the store and they ignorantly locked the door. It was around 2:50-2:55pm so I’m pretty sure they aren’t supposed to close the dinning area. I will definitely be reporting to corporate because that was very unprofessional. Also they seemed very annoyed to even have any customers there was only 2 orders on the screen and they seemed like they were running around as if they had a whole list of orders. The lady with the glasses was very rude and needs to learn some manners and not rudely grab a customers order for them (Uber eats) and basically squish their food. This location definitely needs better training. Coming from being a fast food manager this was ridiculous.

Service was prompt after using self-service kiosk. I like seeing our name on the monitor knowing our order is in process. It was unclear to me when handed a cup where to fill it with ice tea. When to the dispenser machine saw some QR code wasn't sure how to use it, pressing the objects on the screen nothing worked. Had to get someone behind the front to fill it up. I think she said it wasn't working? If not then why not place a sign on it and why not just fill the cup before?

Unfortunately they gave me exactly what I didn't want. I asked for no mayo, and a few regular toppings (mustard, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce, but my burger just was two beef patties, cheese and a bunch of mayo and mustard. I am really upset since I didn't have time today to stop for a proper lunch and now I am going to be hungry while working for a while. Fries were great. I couldn't even eat the burger.
