Crispers

We frequently stop in to grab a bite to eat a few times a month at Crispers locations. The grilled chicken Cesar salad is the best! For years we’ve eaten downtown Lakeland, our favorite staff member is Sheila and we’re happy to know she’s closer to us at the WH location now! Sheila takes great care of all of her customers and makes dining in a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. Despite how busy the store was, the cashier Olivia made sure everyone was being helped. She sparked witty conversation and made sure I had everything I needed. I am taking off a star because of how a short woman (who I believe was the manager) treated her. She yelled at this poor girl who was just asking for help. From the look of it, this manager wasn't doing anything despite how busy the restaurant was. This sweetheart was clearly in need of help making sure everyone was cared for, but this LAZY manager couldn't have cared less. It is absolutely unacceptable for someone especially MANAGEMENT to humiliate a dutiful employee like that. Once I was enjoying my meal, I could see her crying as she brought out food. I came in again today and saw Olivia was feeling better and thought she deserved some credit for her perseverance. 5 stars for Olivia's amazing work ethic. 0 stars for the lazy, horrendous management.

We had lunch at this location - 2 salads and 1 sandwich. The food was delivered pretty quickly considering how busy they were. Every staff member we spoke to was super friendly and helpful. One young gentleman brought our food to the table and was super polite, asked if we needed anything else and was quick to address the extra items we needed. It is 5-star customer service that brings people back - and for that reason, we'll be back. Thanks!
