Great food and reasonable prices! Huge portions and nice variety of items. Our waitress Shirley was very attentive and friendly. Came for breakfast but will definitely try lunch and dinner.

Ask for KATRINA, she’s professional, courteous and caring. Oh and get yourself an order of Green Beans, they’re tasty and so very well seasoned. Thanks Big Tom’s for meeting my expectations of great food.

Great local spot with more choices on a menu than I've seen in a while. Our food was great, with a down home feel. Service was on par, food well done. Fries with brown gravy are outa this world, a meal in itself. Go fill your bellies, there is surely something there for everyone!

The food was fantastic. The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable (2 large pieces of meatloaf, mash potatoes, mac&cheese and salad was <$13). Our server (Alicia) was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure.

Stopped in for the first time at Tom's diner.
We were seated right away. The inside of the store looks nice and clean. The waitress was really nice and took our drink order and gave us time to look at the menu.
Marilyn got the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans and some onion rings.
I grabbed the fried mushrooms and a chef salad.
The waitress also brought out some breadsticks I didn't get any but Marilyn said they were really good.
We both like diet Coke and they did have that on the menu.
We both really enjoyed our meals and we will be going back there.

Greeted and sat very promptly with a friendly hostess and server, food portions were HUGE and very tasty! We will be back for sure! The manager/owner came and asked how things were and offered me extra sauce for my meal, I was blown away by the price and level of service myself and my family enjoyed. 100% reccomend big Tom's diner to anyone wanting a great meal with awesome staff!

Started the day with blood tests so treated myself to breakfast at Big Tom's Diner in Winter Haven. Big open welcoming space, tasteful decor, and super friendly staff. Yes, they still have whipped spread instead of butter, but I'm not having pancakes so it's fine. I absolutely have to have their hash brown casserole side, it is world class. Today I ordered that with fish and eggs plus toast and it is the most delicious looking plate. Tasted every bit as good as it looks. Yum!
