I'd give less than one star if I could. Asked for no onions and as if in spite, my burger was dripping onions. Then they wouldn't answer my phone call. Just burn your 10 dollar bill and pretend you went... At least then you'll have closure!

Parking lot is still congested.
Building interior and exterior looks great.
The guy making our food was slow. Having worked fast food - watching him make my burger felt like id aged a few years but it looked and tasted great. Fries a little old but still good (unlike a McCompetitors after a few minutes)and salted just right.
Busy as hell but understandable with just opening up and training.
Glad their back open.

If could give ZERO stars I would. Just got this from Wendy's in Winfield and apparently, according to the manager this is bacon. This is not bacon its fat with a hint of bacon, so asked for my money back and got told no there's nothing wrong with it, so demanded my money back, to which she shut the drive thru window and starting ranting to other staff members in the store what was happening thinking I could not hear her, shocking customer service from a manager.

This place has been poorly managed for years, the store is extremely dirty all the time. Even though a new company owns them the new management isn't any better. Just went again today. Asked for no onions got onions on both Sandwiches. Fries were cold. Stop hiring kids, pay adults adult wages and then maybe you can get food out correctly. Otherwise close down you dont add squat to local economy anyway.
