Baskin-robbins

We ordered and paid $52 for a birthday cake for my son's first birthday. It was supposed to be gold medal ribbon. The half of the cake we served for our family celebration was vanilla ice cream. No chocolate or caramel. I called the store to complain and was told to bring the cake into the store. I returned to the store and was told there was nothing that could be done. What a waste of money. No manager was present but i was told they would call me. The manager did not call. The staff refused to tell me when to return so i could speak with management. My mother in law returned the next day to speak with management and was told they would do nothing. My mother in law told them to throw out the cake and left the store. No refund or replacement of a totally inferior cake. We will never return to Baskin Robbin to purchase a cake and we will be sure never to return to this location. I will also inform others not to waste their money on your cakes. An incredibly dissatisfied customer.

The service was good, as well as the icecream. There were clearly posted signs outside indicating that only 4 people were allowed in the store at a time and that masks must be worn. When we arrived there were already 3 people inside. We waited outside till all 3 people were gone as we were a party of 4. Once we were waived in, a couple of other people just walked in. Increasing the number to 6. The staff needs to be more diligent about enforcing the posted rules. Also individuals need to be observe the posted signs. I was not trying to be rude, but expressing my concerns to these individuals should have been a sign to the staff. Sadly this could have been a 4 or 5 star review.
