Dunkin'

One of the worst Dunkin's I have personally visited. I have been to this location at least 5 times. Twice I have had the worst experiences. The first time after placing my order the employee asked me if I wanted her to stir my drink with her finger too. Apparently because I requested to much be put into my drink. The second time being just a couple of days ago, the restaurant was absolutely disgusting from the sandwich station being brown covered in crumbs from what looked to be enough from being left all day with out being cleaned to every single counter including the podium where the straws are kept covered in dried up coffee and donuts crumbs. The straw holder it self had bits of donuts in it. The lady that made my coffee was kind but had a conversation with the employee out back which ment she was yelling a full blown conversation out loud having customers wait for her to finish before making orders. I ended up having to stop at another Dunkin to have my coffee remade after really thinking about the cleanliness of the restaurant let alone the ladies hygiene that made my drink. I went in this dunks at 820pm, (70 min before closing) last night the only worker was washing the floor with no caution sign up & someone waiting at the counter, I got in line, ordered 2 xlrg hot dark roast coffees and was told by the girl working, "There is no dark roast made." "I said that's ok, I will wait for a new pot." She replies with an attitude, "I'm not making it, I have decaf or iced coffee." Shocked I said "I don't mind waiting, it only takes a couple of minutes." She replied with more attitude"No it doesn't, you will be waiting a long time." I replied, " I almost always have to wait for it to brew when we order 2 xlrg's it doesn't take long at all, less than 2 minutes, I'll wait" Her very angry reply "I am not making it, I have already washed the pot & I don't know where the dark roast is." Now angry, I said, " I don't want decaf, I want dark roast you can brew it, almost every time I order 2 xlrg's they have to because it uses most of the pot and every dunks I have ever been in says it will be less than 2 min!" She said "not at this Dunks, this ones different, we close." Now really annoyed I asked for her name and her managers both of which she refused to give me! I informed her that I have never had such ignorant & poor customer service and I didn't need either name to report her and that I would be! To which she told me I was ignorant among other things! What a poor representation of a company!! Just unbelievable! I went to the other Dunks in Windham and not only received 2 hot fresh xlrg dark roast coffees but service with a smile!
