At That Breakfast Place you are always greeted and welcomed the first step you take. The food is on the pricier side for breakfast, but you get what you pay for. The food is always phenomenal and the service is even better. Their weekly specials never disappoint and neither do their homemade breads. If you are up for a challenge they have a breakfast challenge not for the faint-hearted. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Excellent food in what feels like a "locals" secret.
We were on our way home from Foxwoods, where yesterday we had an overpriced meh breakfast buffet at Trattoria Caputo. I Googled for breakfast spots and found this little gem.
Easy to get to, easy parking, and we just beat a rush. Our food was tasty and plentiful. I had the apple bread french toast special and my husband had a Philly cheese steak breakfast sandwich. We should have split the french toast since it was such a large portion. He enjoyed his sandwich and about 1/3 of the apple bread.
I feel like we're in on the secret now and we'll go here any time we're in the area!

Seriously one of the best breakfasts around. Service is super friendly and quick, the quality and quantity of food is phenomenal and they probably have the best eggs benedict (taste and variety) that I've ever had.

Fantastic breakfast! Had the homemade chili omelette! If you haven't eaten here yet you are really missing something! Delicious breakfast and lunch menu, all in house made items.

My husband and I had breakfast a couple weekends ago at That Breakfast Place. Everything about it was great! Jules was our server and she was great, joking around with us while also making sure we had everything we needed. She also helped us choose from the extensive menu. The food was good and quick. My husband had a sweet chili Benedict which he absolutely loved. I had one of the best pancakes ever! Definitely worth a visit!

Typical diner spot with perks!
This was my first restaurant in the area occasionally work in. 4.7 stars how could I pass it up?
1. Not many diners have cinnamon raisin toast and there’s was so yummy and fresh but a bit small. Orange marmalade was exciting, again not common.
2. I ordered the veggie omelet with broccoli added. YUM and filling!
3. Potato portion was slightly smaller than expected but the quality made up for it for sure. Well cooked and seasoned.
4. Coffee was decent because some diners have watery coffee. This one did not! And free refills!
5. Service could have been a little friendlier but maybe just an off day hopefully.
6. The pricing caught me off guard for a diner but I blame it on inflation lol. Most combo items are $12+
I would rather here again :)

Visiting the area and came to check it out. Huge menu of breakfast and lunch choices. I had a pincanti Benedict (special). It was spicy but really a great combo of savory and spicy. Really good-really good. My daughter got the bread special, apple cider. Also really good. She got the fruit and yogurt bowl. It was excellent. Coffee was ok. Hot tea was very good. Highly recommend this breakfast place.

Had a rain day so I decided to go get breakfast, Jules was our server and she's such a nice person, always upbeat and cherry. Food was on point, time was fast, and service front and rear is good to go.

We stopped here on our way to RI for breakfast and it was insane. Definitely gives off retro diner vibes. Everything we ordered was delicious and the food came out fast. Huge menu to choose from. This is my new fav breakfast spot and I’ll stop here every chance I get.

We visited That Breakfast Place for a nice Sunday brunch around 10am. The restaurant has its own parking lot which was nice.
The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived and we were put on a waitlist for about 15-20 minutes. No big deal as we were not in a hurry. If you're uncomfortable with crowds though this place would not be recommended as every table was full.
We were greeted by the nicest waiter who kept apologizing for any wait time, etc. No big deal he was super nice, attentive, and was working really hard at maintaining all his tables.
Our group ordered a variety of items off the menu and everyone loved their entrees. I ordered the egg platter that came with choice of eggs, bread, potatoes, breakfast meat, and choice of pancakes/french toast. I couldn't decided between French toast or pancakes and the waiter was kind enough to tell me I could have one of each. The waiter recommended the French toast over the pancake and I'll confirm that he was right! The French toast was really good and I'd definitely order it again. The pancake was a bit dry in texture and I would not recommend it nor would I order it again. My eggs were prepared correctly as ordered (over easy) and the plate came with two large crispy hash browns! My entree also came with a very large side of bacon which was four big strips. I had to share with the table or else I could not finish!
Our bill was $45+ for 4 people total which was a great price for the quantity and value of our entrees. I could see why this place was so busy.
I'd definitely recommend a visit here if you're looking for a hefty and hearty breakfast!
