I would like to think that restaurants nowadays are up to speed with changing times, but with the shortage of employees in the hospitality sector and just the lack of empathy and care that really make the difference if my family and I will dine at a restaurant. Well this Wendy's goes above and beyond in my opinion to make sure that their guests are well taken care of. 5 star service and 5 star food hands down one of the very few places left that anyone can really count on to be what they are supposed to be . Management is on top of it and the crew seems to enjoy their job. I recommend to anyone who is just tired of getting cold fries and microwaved burgers at McDonald's.

Fast easy and yummy that's what I think when I have to Wendy's every time.
They have never gotten my order wrong and are always nice
I don't normally eat inside but when I do it's always clean and food comes around just as fast as drive through

The disrespect from staff and Manager was terrible. I ordered 4 combos with drinks and I got only sandwiches. They then charged me full price for fries and I assumed drinks. Then she wanted me to charge my card a third time for drinks. I understand things get missed sometimes but the girl rolled her eyes at me and the Manager acted like it was my fault and had an attitude! NEVER going again.

Forgot my water bottle, cookie, and strawberry lemonade. Didnt put cheese on a sandwich I asked for cheese on. Honey chicken biscuit was hard. Wouldnt go back to this one.

This place seems to be going down in the past year. My last visit they where struggling to get people's orders right. Mine as well but I was ok with it. I just went back for what wasn't added. The problem I had was when I saw an employ drop a pack of sauce in the floor, then pick it up, throw it on top of the fries in my order. That's uncalled for.

What is going on with the SALT (sodium) content in their Chili ...?
My whole family suffered the effects from the High Sodium. We drank a lot of water that night .
With older people they cannot eat a lot of sodium so businesses like this should be careful to not over salt their Chili.

Ordered 2 baconators got home no bacon go back he says there's bacon get home one has one patty. It was more than likely one person picking up the slack of others. I gave it a 2 because taste and the boy was kind and did try to fix his mistake

Food is good but they really need more staff. They have the slowest drive thru I have ever been in every single time I go you have to wait at least 20 minutes if not longer. If eat wendys I get in Lexington on way home from work to avoid this location because I don't want to be there all night waiting in line
