This was my first visit to Ruby Tuesday's. I ordered some burger with Mac and Cheese on it and....have mercy!!! If you haven't tried it, you should. For desert, I had a Chocolate Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream. That thing is nothing but pure deliciousness!! I am not a fan of chocolate. My waiter recommended it so I tried it...with a certain level of reluctance I might add. I am so glad that I did. If you're a huge fan of chocolate, this is a must. Over all, the food was delicious and the staff there are great.

I heard few job related complaints. Silverware and napkin were never offerred.
I didn't bother to ask since I asked for an Avocado chicken sandwich and fries. I did reach out to get paper napkins which were across from where i was sitting. I won't be coming here again. Very poor service.

I went there for my free birthday Garden bar. It was totally delicious and of course totally healthy. Well I except for the mai tie that I bought too. LOL!

The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean and not many people there. No salad bar available as expected with this pandemic. Drinks came quickly. We had Burgers and a salad.when my wife ate her garden salad she found a piece of clear hard plastic in her garden salad. The manager was right on it and gave us a credit for her meal.
The staff was apologetic and attentive to our needs for the remainder of our visit.
The burgers were cooked as ordered and juicy 👌
Yes I would go again.

Excellent as usual! I love Ruby Tuesday! This particular location was exceptionally clean and everything on the salad bar was fresh, cold, and crisp with a nice assortment of toppings and dressings. I chose the french dressing it was cold, twangy, and yummy. Our entrees were as advertised and delicious. Service was excellent. Highly recommend Ruby Tuesday!

A little disappointed. When we walked in there was a total of 3 tables and no servers in sight. The greeter could be a little friendlier because he didn’t even greet us. It was almost a game of whoever speaks first loses because he said nothing as we stood there. We waited over 10 minutes to even order our drink once we were finally seated. We both ordered our meals with a caesar salad and asked for the salad before our meals. Not to mention the whole time we were placing our order the server was coughing and did not cover her mouth or excuse herself... Although the meals came out speedy within 10 minutes, we never received our salad. No explanation as to why we never got it. The food was okay but nothing to brag about whatsoever. Needless to say, I don’t think we will be returning. There are plenty of better restaurants in Winchester. Which would explain why there were only a total of 3 tables when we walked in. I guess you have to learn from experience.

After a 30 minute wait time we were seated and ordered. I had ordered the Smokehouse burger well done with no tomato, my son ordered chicken tenders, and my husband ordered the 12 oz.. rib eye. Our food comes and the burger that I had ordered was NOT well done it was pink in the center and it had tomatoes on it after I asked for none. It was not worth the $80.25 bill we got. Very poor service.

New pastas are amazing!!. Wait time is a little longer but I feel like it's worth it. Only thing is if I say I would extra of something & pay for extra. It be nice to get extra. ( aka mushrooms- there was barely any)
