I don't eat subs frequently but I prefer Subways. I order the turkey and avocado sub. Maybe it was the lettuce, but something tasted like it wasn't properly thaw. Overall it was decent. Maybe they should have more options? or something more unique, like sauces or a type of bread? I just don't see myself trying Jimmy John's again. However if you're a massive hoagie fan, I recommend trying it. Staff was pleasant. Store seemed cleaned.

Original review was 2 stars. Finally tried again recently and it was 10× better
Had jimmy johns before on Raleigh and it was amazing so decided to order some here in wilson. This is the thinnest sandwich I've ever had. Found whatever this is in our son's chips

The food is overpriced for the quantity that you get. I like the bread but otherwise I would eat elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience with this Jimmy John’s with two larger orders when visiting for a soccer tournament. The manager Harry was incredibly helpful and thorough and the sandwiches were just so fresh and good with every order delivered accurately. Great all around experience and we will definitely order from again next time we play in Wilson.

I love their sandwiches. They staff is always so nice and very helpful when you ask questions. They are a bit pricey but they have amazing sandwiches. It would be awesome if they would make different types of sub bread though.

Nothing like one in Raleigh and Greenville.

Update. Got home ate, sandwiches are made beautifully.
So its just the attitude on the inside.needs work.

Horrible service. We ordered our food and called because it wasn’t confirmed. I’ve been on the phone for over 10 minutes and they say that they didn’t receive our order. I spoke to a manager who couldn’t explain why they didn’t get an order or even halfway understand what I was saying. We requested our money back and they don’t even know how to return our money. Never again!
