In all honesty they should increase their prices. For homemade cake, biscuits and everything else they are charging too little! People don't mind paying more for quality food made with love. And in these times with prices increasing for groceries and supplies it would be understandable. Do yourself a favor Flo's and increase those prices. Your food and service are well worth it. Don't sell yourself short <3

Normally I grab breakfast at Flos bc it has been good in the past!!!! I get the same thing every week bacon egg and cheese biscuit or a cup of grits w/ bacon egg and cheese scrambled inside. I have paid 3 different prices for the same exact cup of grits w/ bacon egg and cheese, it has not been the same price. So I stopped bc their prices were inconsistent. Then I go today after not being there for weeks and ordered the same. When I got my food, the cup was a little over half filled for $7.00. I don’t mind paying for anything I ask for but please make sure it’s right. The manager says she apologize and to bring the food back to replace it and give me my $7 back. I get there and she says I’m not giving you your money back and slightly aggressively handed me another breakfast cup. Keep in mind this was in a 5 min span from their business to my job. She then says it’s tampered (which I did stir it up to see if there was more food at the bottom, I did not eat any) and whoever picked up the order should’ve checked it first. The manager was rude, she lied to me and needless to say she asked me to text her personal phone to send her pictures? I have never had any manager to ask me for any pictures and my personal number. Shocking!!!! However I will not be back. My coworkers food was the same and she was unpleased as well with the managers behavior and demeanor. Also she took my original order inside the restaurant from another staff member of Flos, looked over it I assume, brought back out to my car, and took the lid off it and said you can have this back as well otherwise it’ll be thrown away. WHY WOULD I WANT THAT FOOD BACK WHEN ITS BEEN PASSED OFF FROM PERSON TO PERSON AND ITS STILL COVID OUT? The fact she took it back inside the restaurant not knowing if I had covid or not was nasty, very nasty!!! That one cup could have very well had covid all over it inside the restaurant that they would have been spreading. Never again!!!!

Wow!!! The food was sooo good. I had a link sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. It was a huge biscuit. We used the drive through and wow, they are super efficient. Someone came to the car and took our order and shortly after some else came and gave us our total and took our money and shortly came back with our change. By the time we got to the window our food was ready. They should let these ladies run the world. They have it going on. Will definitely go again.
