Even though there was about 5 cars ahead of me in the morning. They were still able to get the people taken care of in a decent amount of time. Under 10min. When asked how long the wait would be the gentleman's reply politely, and you were even greeted asking for patience. Great customer service experience, friendly staff. And a small reminder of patience, something everyone can use..especially when businesses have short staffing. Thank you for the great experience.

I was eating a crispy chicken and I was about the last of it, I noticed a green yellowed color tomato n I’ve seen it’s rotten they asked ton have it so I took a picture before I did, after the picture they asked me to delete it and I lied and said yes after they used refund to get rid of it. I did just so the mamanager told me that I could not have a refund because it’s been 1/2 way eaten. I find this disgusting and now me and my service animal are sick due to their incompetence. Thank you to the mean fat lady wish ur face was as cute as ur hair.

UPDATE REVIEW!!: 3.25.22 ATE INSIDE this time!! 😀 WOW!! Did I become a V.I.P. or Win a Million💵💰?? Well a friend and I went Inside (first for me in a while! usually I do Drive-thru ya know??😷😏) The place was So Clean!! Spotless!! Bathroom.✔️ Tables/chairs.✔️ The Food was GOOD. We had shakes, burgers, chicken sandwich & fries. 🌟OUTSTANDING was the Customer Service. OUTSTANDING!! The employees were absolutely Polite, Professional and gave Customers, such V.I.P. Service!! Normally I've only had this type in a renowned Restaurant. Not your every day fast food place!! Thank You McDonald's Employees for a wonderful experience. I will be back - to eat IN!- again!! Giving 10 🌟 out of 5!!😁 💕 🍔🍔🍟🥤🥤 First review here: I desperately needed COFFEE after a long day of Errands . I asked to be sure they had HOT FRESH COFFEE. They assured me they did. I got 2 large and it WAS HOT n FRESH!! LOVE IT!! I also got burger n fries...Heavenly!! Good Customer Service!! Thanks McDonalds!!! 😊💕👍👍👍👍👍

New Year Eve and they were extremely under staffed, but the primary attention was given to drive through customers. It took 7 minutes for someone to take my order and another 10 waiting for my order never came up. I did get agitated and requested my money back rather rudely when speaking to the manager. Calm down I went back and apologized for my behavior. I'm a diabetic my sugar levels were extremely low 🙄. She offered to give me the food for free, I paid. I use to be a Shift Supervisor Years ago and knew employees call out on holidays and paydays. I set my schedules to accommodate for those mishaps with my employees in advance. Every customer deserves quality attention not just the drive through. Take care of the Lobby as well. Happy New Year!!!!

It was all about the free Wi-Fi, chicken nuggets and some french fries that aren't actually all that good. $4 goes french fries rocked my freaking world though. Don't ever think that just because this is a fast food restaurant that it's not somewhere you can take a lovely young lady, or older lady for that matter. I would go here on my first date, I would go here on my last date. I would bring Jesus's mom here because I heard that she likes hamburgers. Also I like how they offer Coca-Cola products and I did good free Wi-Fi!
