3 stars is the best I can give corporate fast food franchises. This a median burger for fast food. The chili is tasty if mild. Not just tame on the heat, but tame on other spices as well. Not bad, actually, when doing physical work. Its a good value as well.

lots of bad reviews but theyre always super nice and my foods always right! almost everytime im in line i watch someone lose it on a poor cashier and it makes me so sad. i will agree its a little slower but people forget that these are people, not machines, and i think places like starbucks and chick fil have built an unfair standard. love it here shoutout wendys

The 2nd worst Wendy's I've ever been to they were slow and EXTREMELY rude. I've went a total of 6 times cause everyone is entitled to a bad day, well they were all bad days my food was either wrong or done poorly.

This is THE WORST Wendy's in Delaware. They hire degenerates, and the managers are worse then the people taking the orders. My 4 year old could run that place better then they do.... Ohh and don't even think about going through the drive thru. Not only will your order be wrong but you will be waiting so long you won't even be hungry anymore. If I could give that place a half star... Believe me I would.

On Wednesday August 25, 2021 at 8:34pm I went to get dinner for me and my family at my nearest Wendy’s which is 4300 Kirkwood Highway Marshaltown, DE 19808.
The dining room was closed so I pulled into the drive thru. While I mobile
Ordered. it came to $29.88. I waited in the drive thru line which was 10 cars, and I waited for approximately 15/20minutes with my son and our family emotional support pet.
When it was it was my turn at the window I told the cashier at the window I was here to pick a order up for T.D mobile, the cashier said “oh you were suppose to say that at the speaker box you food isn’t ready you would have to go back around and wait in line again”. I told him the app doesn’t say anything about stopping at the speaker box and reporting my order. I asked to speak with a manager.
His manager name Joel came over and told me he can’t serve me my food I already paid for online and I can leave or I could go back and wait in the long drive thru line again. I asked Joel if I could pull up some or park really quick so he could service the customer behind me and I’ll wait there for my food he said no. I informed him I wouldn’t leave without my food or a refund. He called the police on my and my child, because I wouldn’t leave without rightfully getting my family dinner that I paid for.
The police officer came and I felt racially profiled by the store manager and employees who kept coming Over to the window and the police officer who basically said he couldn’t help me with receiving my food or my money back. I told the police officer and manager Joel that I would leave. Before I left I asked for the store manager’s name and the district managers name, email and phone number.
I feel really hurt in the society that we still live in and with my child witnessing what happened to me because we are African American people and we weren’t in the slums or hood we were treated like this.
I would really appreciate if someone would call me back. The store employees or manager on duty could not help me with using the app for my refund.
Joel told me Norma was store manager Norma told me Erica was.
When I called the store this morning and asked for Erica she kept disconnecting the phone

used the app. order was wrong. fries were cold. there was a line, so i figured the food would be fresh, but not so much. no ketchup even though i paid a quarter for an extra packet.
ordered a sugar and a chocolate chip cookie... pic is what i received.

Pulled up to the drive through and sat at the speaker for over a minute with no one e asking for my order, when I said hello, someone YELLED at me to "hold on", when they took my order it was wrong on the screen, when I told them they said just pull up to the window. When I got my food it was still wrong and wasn't even close to hot.

Work mornings and wanted to stop because my blood sugar was low and needed something to eat. Been sitting in the parking lot 10 mins after open and drive through isn't open despite cars being parked for the employees. Morning crew here sucks.
