This place is an absolute disaster. We ordered $100 of subs today for Father's Day, and every single one of them were messed up. To compound it, the "manager" Eddie was as rude as could be. Instead of taking accountability, he put the blame on the people that paid the money and picked up the order. He refused to correct the issue and hung up on us. He deserves yo be fired, but probably won't because this place breeds this behavior. Steer clear. Period.

My family and I have been ordering from this location for years with no issues. The hoagies are fresh and the signature seeded bread really makes Primos the best! My go-to is the Bada Bing cutlet hoagie, but I've tried also tried a wide variety of the others and they were all very good - even the veggie sandwich. The orders don't take too long and the staff are nice. Highly recommend!

These sandwiches are EXCELLENT! As an Italian, I would know a high-quality sandwich. The Sharp Italian is definitely one of the Top 5 best sandwiches I ever had. The sandwich was very, very well made. And quick. Excellent quality ingredients put together perfectly. Very clean store, decent AC on a hot day, too! No clutter, neat and organized. No riff-raff hanging around. The storefront renovation really improves the image. However.. there was definitely a big-time negative vibe going on staff-wise. Also, the other disappointment was the rewards/perks app and website sign-up not working. Texting PRIMO to sign up didn't work, either. And the Contact Us link? Not working

Wanted to try a cheesesteak from here even though the recent reviews are terrible. Walked in to a very slow store, asked the guy about the cheesesteaks, he said they aren’t that good, they are done in the oven and are on a seeded roll which he doesn’t think goes well. Well, that is what I was excited about, hoping it would be similar to johns roast pork in Philly. Based on the facts that I was the only customer in the store, the phones weren’t ringing, employees were just standing around and the negativity from the employee, I decided not to eat here. Can’t imagine they will be open much longer. I went over to Goodfellas, was properly greeted by a very busy staff with phones ringing nonstop, and like always, the food was amazing. Primos, you are a disappointment.

Horrible time management. I walked in this location at 1225pm which was 10 minutes past my order pickup time. People working claim they just turned their tablets on and got my order from Uber eats while 2 customers after me came in and picked up with Uber eats and left within 60 seconds. Uber confirmed the order was accepted at 12:04pm printed ticket says 12:30pm.

We got lunch from here today and was not what I was hoping for. The order was messed up, and most of us had messed up subs. We had a large order and they did not number the subs like we asked, making it impossible at lunch on a shutdown, especially when half of our subs were not what we ordered. The sandwich was okay but it would be a lot better if it was what we ordered. On top of that the customer service was terrible the lady was rude and snippy, not sure if she was having a bad day or what but it was a one and done for us to much hassle.

On July 1st I ordered 2 medium sized sandwiches (not sure why they totaled almost $40 when I only ordered sandwiches). They have a sign at each register that states “If you do not receive a register receipt at the time of payment then your meal is free”. I told the person at the counter that I never got a receipt and they told me that they do not know how to process refunds. I was told to leave my information and that I’ll receive a call from one of the owners when they process my refund. I called after the holiday and someone on the phone told me a refund was processed. A couple days later someone called me back saying that they needed the last 4 of my card. Then I called back a week later and no one has answers. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no one has processed me a refund. At this point it seems as though Primo’s does not want to refund me or explain to me why only 2 sandwiches cost me nearly $40. I will absolutely never eat here again and I am honored to leave this review for all to see. Where’s the “zero stars” button??? If you don’t want to honor your refund policy then TAKE DOWN YOUR SIGNS!!!!!!!!!
