Applebee's

Went here for lunch with my co workers. Steak was good and the mozzarella sticks. Wish they had better options on the menu to pick from. Service was pretty good. Also had some dessert which wasn’t bad. My co workers had the bourbon street chicken which they liked. I would try this place again for our next work meeting

I order from this location a few times a month on average, I usually go pick it up, have had it delivered a few times. They do a really good job at preparing my order correctly and have gone above and beyond to correct any issues that I’ve had. I always order the same thing: kids chicken alfredo, side salad and breadstick. I really appreciate that they chop the chicken up really small. I am a very finicky eater with texture issues. If I had any complaints it would be that I may have to call to let them know I arrived for curbside despite sharing my location with them via the text message that is sent after ordering.

I really like the food. However. I called 2x and was on hold more than 5 minutes each time. Ultimately I had to go to the restaurant to place my order. They had no more than 4 tables filled and 1 bar customer. Apparently all their orders were take out. Seems to me the only one really working at these restaurants are the cooks. They probably need to hire another cook and have less floor staff.

The bartender named Q was the main attraction. As far as Applebees as a chain restaurant goes, this food was way below their standards. My friend and I both agreed that we would never come back here again. We actually did not feel safe walking out to our car. We were waiting 20 minutes for an almost empty restaurant because they only had two servers at 10 p.m. my companion had salmon which was cooked perfectly as was her broccoli and rice. My chicken was overcooked as was my rice. I would not recommend this restaurant at night. I might add that there was what appeared to be a street person sleeping across from us at the bar with a blanket wrapped over him. Periodically he would wake up and spit into his chips. Applebee's management should take a hard look at this restaurant and make changes

Have been going here for years. Has always been the go-to place with family and friends. Recent experience had excellent food and outstanding service, but one serious issue. Wasn't sure if I would return or even recommend this restaurant. Must say the manager, Shelby, was the embodiment of customer service!!! She went "above and beyond" to "make it right". . . a true professional. And, yes, I did return and do recommend the Applebee's at this location. Whenever I went, it was after the lunch crowd. Update: We recently ordered a pickup from here, I specifically mentioned the sauce on the side for chicken wings, because I hate it when mixed with the wings. I generally love the chicken wings here but I think they didn’t check the instructions, and when we opened the food after reaching home I was so disappointed because the chicken was covered in sauce which I hated.🙁 After I mentioned specifically they missed it. I hope this won’t happen again. Applebee’s is amazing 😉 and always delicious. So far I am never disappointed with Applebee’s, and I am sure I will be ordering AGAIN SOON😀 I ordered a home delivery due to COVID situations and the food came on time, very well packed and it was super yummy. The ribs and crispy wings were awesome 🥰. Applebee’s is not that cheap, but since it is nice and tasty, it worth the money. If you haven’t tried yet, try soon, hope you guys enjoy!!! I really enjoyed the food. Thank you Applebee’s.
