Mcdonald's

Kim was the one who just helped me at the store this evening on the corner of market and Gordon and I have never in my life had someone so happy so sweet and kind and happy to be at their work, even at 1 o’clock in the morning. I’ve been having a rough day and just hearing your voice and her kindness made me smile and changed my mood completely. She deserves a raise or some sort of acknowledgment for her outstanding customer service!

So...it's a McDonald's. But... One of the things I like about this McDonald's is that there are electrical sockets at every table this is the perfect remote work locale the dining room is open 16 hours. This particular McDonald's seems to have attracted a community of regulars mostly retirees and for them this seems to be the spot. They also have a lively and friendly staff... Do they do need to get there espresso machine fixed, it's been down for quite a while. And they keep their bathroom fairly clean. This is a decent McDonald's... But the fact that they're expresso machine is been down for so long bothers me personally... And at one point they even tried to accidentally foist an expresso less Expresso iced coffee on me. They picked wrong person to try that... Though they made it right by comping the drink. There is a very sweet, hardworking senior silver haired woman there...who makes that place pop while she's on shift. McDonald's should just give her the restaurant.
