Round Table Pizza

Words can't explain how bad the customer service is at this location. I'm a manager at a similar type of company and all I could say is WOW. Ricky was the shift manager and Maria was the cashier, they could use some customer service training. I will update this review later when I calm down and process this so that I can be more objective.

Updated 2/22. Quality improved substantially. Pizza was good. Less salt. Ranch dressing was tasty. Less salt. Wings were good. Less salt. Thank you. My place of work ordered several pizzas, wings, salad, and treats recently. How disappointed i was with the amount of SALT! The pizzas were doused with SALT. The wings were terrible. Salty. Even the ranch dressing was of poor quality. Again. Salt galore! I had to spit out the third bite of pizza. The ranch dressing out to the trash. There should be some regulations on the amount of salt fast food joints put in their food. I will never eat another bite of pizza from RTP... that is only if i want my blood pressure to go up and end up in the ER... I am better cooking at home. I certainly want my children to learn what is healthy and detrimental to eat...

Such a tough review. I love RTP. Always have. Always will. This is the only one in town. Which is what makes it tough. But this is my third order in 2 months. Where my delivery was over 2 hours late. Ordered at 5:22 pm. Received at 8:00 pm and pizza is cold. I had to call to get information on when I would receive my pizza. I will continue to order from this round table (since I can’t get decent pizza anywhere else is town). But for the price of RTP, I expect better…..
