Picked up three different sandwiches for lunch with my sister and bil. Sandwiches are large enough to share and let everyone choose. Used the app to order, confirmation text, ready text, never heard my name called, had to ask for the order after waiting at the counter. The food was excellent.

New Green Goddess Caprese sandwich was very good, just a bit much on the arugula! Wife enjoyed her Salad. Again, food was good, as it should be, when paying $30+ for a sandwich, salad and 1 drink!

Great experience. Had a young lady with glasses help me with my order and was very patient with me. Very sad that she was working twice as hard as her co workers but hopefully she's getting payed for it. Highly recommend this pb especially with friendly workers like that :)

Initially, I placed an order on the panera app and the food was never delivered nor did the driver picked Ed up their phone when called . We came to Panera to see what’s going on and the manager was super nice and helpful and told us to contact DoorDash for a refund . Super glad she was there to help us out !
