Ami was my cashier and helped me pick out a you pick 2 for my husband! Thanks Ami! If you want to great customer service, please ask for Ami. I met her once and had a 3 min encounter and was floored. Today's world no one cares about each other or everyone is in a hurry. Ami showed caring and compassion.

I had a coupon. So I first tried the app but couldn't get it to do what I needed done. I ended up going on the site and placing my order. Then the delivery was scheduled for next day. I didn't not get an order confirmation or delivery confirmation. The driver did not knock or ring the doorbell.i could not find my order on the app. Ended up uninstalling it then reinstalled it then saw a reorder tab clicked it and saw everything I ordered was there. Do I decided to look out my front door and found my order sitting on my front stoop. My coffee was cold. The food too. Bag was wet because it was raining that day. But luckily the food inside was not wet.

The food was delicious, but it would have been better if we had received it all! No bread bowls for the soup. No chocolate chip cookies, so we had to substitute a brownie. We waited in the parking lot for our curbside delivery for 20 minutes before giving up and going inside and get it ourselves. I will be reluctant to order from that location again.
