Subway

i came in today around 11 and the blonde woman working rushed us out the door, told me i should know what i want when i come in and used the f-bomb in front of my children. my husband and i will not be coming back because of her. cusses like a sailor. i am deeply disappointed because this location used to be our favorite. now, i am taking my business down to the one by burger king. do better.

I used the Subway on 1st street in Willmar MN for a work function and the girls working were absolutely amazing. They were all friendly and they had my order ready to go when expected. Customer service is hard to find these days and this location is a great example of 1st class service! Thanks girls!

They didn't have the correct ingredient that I paid extra for. It was sliced avocado that the app gave as an extra option. They put guacamole spread all over the sandwich. I wasn't upset but called to let them know what happened and ask for a free sandwich in the future to cover for it because I do not like their spread. A man who answered was rude and hesitant on giving me a free sandwich to make up for the one I wouldn't eat. He made me feel like it was my fault and said in the future know they don't have that ingredient. Well get it off the darn app if you don't have it or call the customer to clarify and explain you don't have it. I don't know how that all works but I didn't need to be treated that way. It was on the ticket. Bad customer service.
