Papa Johns Pizza

After waiting an hour and a half for one pizza and four drinks to be delivered, the no contact delivery I had asked for was ignored. I asked the driver why I didnt get that contact less delivery and she just stared at me then left. The pizza was cold and doughy in the center half. I almost feel it's a punishment for using a coupon, oh and a pre paid tip? Will not do that again. I will never order from here again.

If I cold do -1 star then I would do that, That is the story, ordered 2 pizzas and paid online and I waited 1.5hours .I look online and it says delivered 15min ago, we leave in a private house and its negative temperature outside . Open the door and here we go it's outside,but frozen pizza already. Delivery guy never ring the door 🔔, I called and asked for manager and I told him about it and he lied to me as he said the driver called me twice and he didn't. Manager proposed me to redo my order and I said ok. Finally 1.5hours later i get ring on my door and I got my order, but guess what ,was a wrong order delivered and not even pizza. Told the guy turn around. Called the manager back and told him what I got at my door.i requested my $ back. Do I really have to wait for my food for 3 hours after 18hours of work for a f.pizza? Sorry about that but that's the realty on the customer service.

Cheese. Bread. Do I really need to say more? Do I have to mention how perfect the garlic sauce cups go with anything made of bread? Am I really going to have to bring up how thick and even the toppings are on the pizzas? How about the peppers in every pizza box? Are you going to force me to mention how I've never had something be burned or cold when I got it? No. Because CHEESE. BREAD. Seriously. Eat here.

I used to work at Papa John's so I know how it goes. But when they tell you 35 min for delivery on the app and then it keeps going up and up (took 75 minutes for two $6 items) and then they deliver to 3 other addresses before I get my order (watched on the app) and my food isn't hot now, they have a lot of improvement to make. I'll stick with Pizza Hut.
