Great little tea House and I don't even like tea! Was here for high tea and it was great! Scones and pastries were wonderful. Would definitely go back if I was in the area again.

I love this place. Quiet. Relaxing and cute.
Tons of different teas to try and types of coffee. I really love their tea and their pastries/food options continue to improve. They have breakfast sandwiches now which are super delicious. I love their pastries and muffins as well. All pastries are heated up and served with butter and jam.
Great place and a great deal. Very affordable and in walking distance of ECSU and downtown Willi.

Leaf and Flour is my favorite place. I am a huge tea person, and there aren't many places left that brew a great cup of tea. If you haven't already tried a London Fog from here, drop everything and run. The staff is super friendly, the food is excellent. I can't say enough good things.

Really nice and friendly atmosphere. I as a person who is handicapped love the handicapable entrance. The food and drinks are good and reasonably priced.

Great coffee, even better pastries and baked goods (all made in-house). They have an incredible tea selection, which they'll bring to you in your own pot on a warmer. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a great place for grad students to get together to do their work (a much-needed addition to the Willimantic community!).

Tea was excellent, free WiFi, large space upstairs small and cramped on main level...share a table up top though for a more social experience...nice outside deck hopefully this will be set with chairs in spring.
The only down side was the pastry...we had one winner (the raspberry almond tart) and one fail (cinnamon roll was short on cinnamon and icing,...and the dough was a bit bitter)
Would go again but would wade into pastries one at a time...
