Burger King

Ordered through door dash and store was unable to complete order because “they have no buns” how is it possible a Burger King has no BURGER buns?? So I’ve been charged $25 for two bacon double cheeseburgers and an onion ring. Great deal! Great service! And no one will answer the phone at the store. I want my money back Burger King…. #burgerking

This was by far the worst experience I've had with Burger King. We went through the drive-through, and the lady taking the order informed us they wouldn't take coupons on Saturday or Sunday. She wouldn't explain why, and claimed they weren't a Burger King franchise. She got really rude, and told us we didn't have to order. We ordered food anyway, but the quality was not up to BK standards. Whoppers were a mess, fries weren't fresh - which was a real surprise since they seemed pretty busy. Worst of all, we were missing items from our order, so we had to go back to the store and ask for the rest of our food! If you're in Williamsburg, perhaps staying at Great Wolf Lodge, find somewhere else to eat - this place is terrible. And I say that as someone who gets Burger King every couple of months - usually pretty good for fast food. I won't be likely to return to Burger King for a long time after this experience. I was very disappointed, and wondered what the franchise owner would think of his or her employees treating customers this way. Stay away!

I ordered a double cheeseburger with tomatoes, lettuce and ketchup...there was nothing on it, no cheese, no tomatoes, no lettuce and no ketchup. Just buns and 2 burger patties. They also forgot my mozzarella sauce. The fries, mozzarella sticks and cherry slushie are okay.. Edit: Went down to 1 star, my little brother ordered a bacon cheeseburger, ends up not having any bacon...

Burger King has definitely set itself apart. Where other chains have cut back, Burger King has only improved. With that being said. This location lacks what I have come to expect from the brand. I have given this location many of chances. And to say the least, they are very consistent. Consistently rude! BE AWARE! at night they have a limited menu. Which I can completely understand. However they probably should put a sign out in thier drive-thru stating such. That way your famished customer does not get a chance to order something that is not provided at the time. An order in which will end up being rudely answered as "we don't have that". Good luck if you do not eat red meat! You will be told "that sucks". And if you are like me and are one for the mystery and pursuit of the answer as to why! You will call the location only to be told "I don't know" and "I am a new manager here by myself".

I try to avoid fast food places like BK, McD, Wendy's, etc because I feel like I'm always disappointed. But I had a craving for some onion rings and BK was on my way home. I will say, theyve got very friendly service, but the frozen drinks were unavailable, burger bun was smashed, lettuce was limp and unappetizing. I was left feeling like it wasn't worth it, as usual. I guess it's just your typical fast food joint. Nothing great, nothing terrible.

I went to Burger king yesterday (3/30/22). I must admit i was upset for sauce being 28 cents but i over looked that until i received my 2 medium fries and the carton wasn't even full.I called to complain and nobody answered the phone.I ordered extra mayo on my original Chicken Sandwich and it look like they just threw it on there!Worst fast food restaurant in Williamsburg!The staff wasn't even friendly. Looks like they hate their jobs.

The female taking orders was disrespectful. My first attempt to order a large fry, nothing else. Waited for 15 mins with one person in front of me. I gave up and left for errands. Came back a 2nd time an hour later with no one in line. As soon as I pull up, the same disrespectful woman says "I'm locked out. You're gonna have to wait". I waited a few minutes and ask if she's available. She responds in a rude tone. "No, there's only two of us". I live out of state. I can day without a doubt the most disrespectful fast food visit I've ever had. They need to fire the female or change their service, because it will not last long.
