Pizza Hut

So my husband and I tried ordering online using the app. Then we tried using the internet. Basically their website was down and after we ordered and waited for 40 minutes, food never came. Yes I did receive a confirmation. I called and they said they never received the order. When I called and placed an order I asked them if they honored the online coupons, they said yes. When I placed the same order as I did online, it was $13 more. The coupons did not match up. The manager tells me that they don't honor the online coupon. One, that's stupid. Two, it wasn't my fault that I could not use the online coupon, It was theirs. After going back and forth with the manager and then my husband jumping in the mix and making the manager accept the online coupon, forty Minutes later we received our food. I've never seen hard plastic boxes so beat up! None of this could have been done by accident in my opinion! Because we pressed the coupon issue, they were upset, and smashed our food within the boxes. The pizza box was smashed, the side dish boxes were smashed, the lemon pepper french fries had so much salt on them and we threw them away. Horrible horrible place, and we WILL NOT order from here again. Which is really sad because they are the closest pizza place.

Ordered online and was overcharged nearly $18.00 and the manager would not correct or add discount to compensate due to “not having online coupon codes in store” On top of that pizza was undercooked and doughy. Save your time, money, and do yourself a favor buy your pizzas elsewhere. I recommend N.Y Deli.

Food was excellent... the guy taking my order not so much.. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks mind u I went in to order. Waited and picked up and he never took the breadstick order so had to wait on those.. other than that this place is amazing ..people need to pay attention when someone is ordering food ...

Consumer beware: If there is a "technical issue" going on in store they will happily take you're money and not refund you for you're order that was never made. This occurred to me on the 28th and I called today to see what was going on and was told I needed to provide proof via bank statements otherwise I'm SOL.

I’ve been to this specific location a few times and always use them because it is consistently the best Pizza Hut in town. I am always really satisfied with the quality of the pizza and the customer service. I can’t say I’ve had a bad experience here! Ordered a pizza tonight, it was delicious and the guy I spoke with on the phone was incredibly plight. 5 stars well deserved!
