Panera Bread

Don’t waste your money. We love Panera, however staff at this location are more concerned with closing while still open then making sure your food is served properly. We ordered at 8:05 pm and our food was served in to go containers as if to say don’t eat in. While we were eating they put up all the chairs and started vacuuming. How lovely! The bakery items were already stowed away. Closing isn’t until 9 pm. Doing these activities while customers are in the store is ridiculous.

Lots to like here... - My daughter and I visited after Softball practice on April 11th - She convinced me to use the kiosk, even though I didn't want to because I'm an old grumpy Dad that doesn't like to try new things lol. Anyways, the kiosk worked really well, and it very easily logged into my Panera account which I hadn't used in a while. A lot of places have some type of rewards program, but they never seem to work well. This was not the case for Panera......WELL DONE. - We got our food very quickly - It was delicious as always at Panera - The restaurant was very clean - The Manager working at that time was FANTASTIC. He went around checking on people, making sure everything was okay. He was running orders out to the mobile pickup. He was offering to take care of people's dishes when they were finished. He was just FANTASTIC. - GREAT JOB......keep up the good work.

One of the best panera locations I've ever been to. Friendly staff, our food was ready quickly despite it being busy, and the food was top notch. They also have a more varied menu than other locations I've seen, including vegetarian options (which is important to me.) The only downside is their baguette was subpar similar to the baguettes back home. I don't think this is the location's fault however, only one Panera I've ever been to had good baguettes which is kinda silly considering their name lol

I highly recommend this Panera! This location is very clean and our order was ready when we arrived (before the promised time when ordered via mobile app). The staff was super helpful when we had questions on our beverage options (iced tea) and with looking at the bakery options. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area.

This was my first time at this Panera Bread...I ordered a ceaser salad there ceaser dressing is terrible I mean awful the croutons were rock hard, so that was a waste of money. I also ordered there Chipotle chicken and bacon flat bread which was also terrible such a waste of money these days. The staff was friendly that was the only great thing about my visit.
