The bread was over-cooked on all 3 of our sandwiches. Whoever baked the breads today let them cook way too long. The 9 Grain and White foot longs were very hard to eat. We typically enjoy Subway, but not today.

It was a nice place clean and the food is what you would expect. The two women who were working there were amazing! They made our subs look great! One of them even alternated Tomatoes and cucumbers so it looked just like the pictures! Our kids thought it was awesome!

The staff at the Subway were really nice. I struggled, because whenever I tried to put the # of their store in the app, to get a cookie, every time it said the store did not exist. However, the sandwich we ordered was correctly made and tasty. I will go back to this store.

Fairly good overall. I go there quite often and some employees have remembered most of my sub which is nice. No longer carries BBQ sauce. Some problems with cleanliness, food will be on the floor or table and chairs/booth. They no longer ask here or to go so if I eat in I have to open my sub up with no basket or no smaller cuts.

They double charged me for one sub (which they messed up and forgot items that I ordered but it was edible so not complaining on that) then when I called and spoke with the manager about the double charge she said she was unable to refund because she “didn’t know how” then said she would be right back, sat the phone down and started taking other customers orders for about 15 minutes until I hung up. Every time I tried calling back it directed me straight to voicemail. She was rude and told me it was my fault (?)

Just like the review below mine said, insect issues. She said flies flying around her food and in my case, there was a spider on my lunch partners' basket and in the logo signage on the inside. We received a refund for that part of the meal, but should have received one for the entire meal. Upon a revisit, one lady was order 5 or 6 subs with one person working while another sat in the lobby and watched the line form on 2/1/19. Then, he walked in the back and never came to the front to help. We decided to leave and will never return. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
