I’ll admit I thought this place was gonna be second class to other Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m not a fan of DD but since we stayed here I decided to give it a shot.
For one staff was super friendly. Donuts were extremely fresh and tasted better than any DD I have been too in the past. Needed some hot water to take up to my room to make my own espresso in my aeropress and the lady gave me an extra large cup and even gave me another and didn’t charge me.
5 stars for great staff and good tasting food.

There was no line but the actual service of making our drinks was extremely slow and two out of my drinks were completely wrong. There's room for improvement.

This place was closed with the open signs still on and a little girl was in the dining room playing on her iPad with zero adults in sight of the inside of the building and doors were locked. Definitely won’t return to this weird store.

horrible location, rude staff, Espresso machine is never working so half the menu is unavailable, Easier just to drive to Starbucks two minutes away

They only had coffee and donuts. However they are open 9-12. We got there at 925 and they had no donuts left and weren't making anymore. Please tell me how that makes sense

The ladies working here are doing a great job. They are understaffed but hustle to fill orders. They also keep a good attitude throughout.

Located inside Great Wolf Lodge; this was a must stop each morning of our trip. Can't go wrong here since we all know American runs on Dunkin

Cashier and employees were nice had my friend wear a mask. Which was whatever, but the cook used the same gloves she used for raw bacon to touch my friends sandwich, as well as gave us burnt bacon and her sandwich was burnt. I’m not trying to be a Karen but for $25+ for food and drinks I’m a little disappointed.
