When you show up to eat on a Saturday of illumination at colonial Williamsburg you can expect a little confusion. Every employee was working hard! There was a line out the door to place an order. Our dog was with us so we had to sit outside but they offer outside seating so that was no problem. I ordered and the young lady read the order back. I guess I must have gotten confused because I ended up with an altered order or possibly I didn’t make my order clear? Who knows? It was so busy I was happy to get a meal! We got chicken strips and mack n cheese bites and fries and fries and fries and fries and shrimp. It was good! The atmosphere outside was excellent. The weather was nice. Live music played and my dog loved the mack n cheese bites ♥️. The boys said the chicken was good and because I messed up the order somehow I ended up with about 3 plates of fries. Hey! They were really good🤣. I would return again! I had no problem leaving a tip even though it wasn’t perfect. I bet those workers are gonna crash tonight. It was sooo busy!

Excellent, made-to-order food. Extensive menu, reasonable prices. Two dozen shake flavors! House made Limeade and Lemonade. The Sweet Potato Fries were excellent. We visited on an unseasonably hot February day, and it was crowded. The wait was a bit, but well worth it. It is in the Merchants Square area, so it was full of tourists (like us) and William & Mary folks. Indoor/Outdoor seating. This was an unexpected gem!

I stopped in here for lunch with my family. We ordered hot dogs and burgers. I ordered the lamb burger which was delicious. My kids loved the hot dogs and mac n cheese bites. Service was good and food was prepared quickly. The place was very clean. The only downside was that it was really pricey for hotdogs and burgers.

The mango limeade was amazing!!!! We came back two days in a row. Y’all run to get some limeade. 😍 Fish & Chips were great, the best homemade tarter sauce I have ever had. So cute.

Had dinner here - the milkshake and soda float were great and there's a nice laid-back atmosphere, but the food was disappointing. The chicken tenders and the mac'n'cheese bites tasted very industrial/from frozen, and the shepherd's pie appeared to be a layer of mashed potato topped with brown gravy and chopped up hamburger.

The milkshakes were awesome and the burger and sweet potato fries were good. It was reasonably priced, not too busy, and the environment was cool. Overall it was a great experience. I would be perfectly content to give it 5 stars and enthusiastic approval except for two things. I have two pet peeves that make me not want to support an establishment: forbidding non-customers from using the restroom and charging money for water (or the cup for the water which is the same thing). This place does both. Like, is it really that big of a deal of someone walking by that needs to pee stops in and uses your toilet? And charging 50¢ for a <4¢ cup is just obnoxious. If losing 4¢ every time a customer just wants water is going to put you out of business, just charge a few cents more on your food or non-water drinks? It's a bummer that those two things stain what would otherwise be a really cool place in my opinion.

We stopped in on a Friday afternoon and the place was packed (always a sign of a good place, right?) After the line to order, which was pretty long, we got our food quickly. The crabcakes were so good! My daughter also said her BLT was the "best BLT ever". Will definitely come back when we are in the area!

Good, quick food. In colonial Williamsburg next to William and Mary’s college. Surprisingly reasonably priced for the neighborhood. I had the Caesar salad with chicken and the only complaint I have is that they could have put a bit more chicken on it.
