Extraordinary Cupcakes

Small cupcake shop. Clean - the shop itself is cute but nothing extraordinary. We tried 3 cupcakes and the cheesecake. All of them tasted great but the cheesecake was outstanding - highly recommended. The Bodacious Boston crème would have been better with more crème. The Marvelous Madagascar was delish! Loved the buttery vanilla cake. Pricing was off - the cheesecake states $5/ on the menu but she charged $6 The can of coke price was not stated she charged $2.75 Would we go back… for a special occasion maybe. We would not seek them out - but also would not avoid.

First let me tell you that I have a "picky" sweet tooth. If it's too sweet then it's not for me. Now, this bakery I always go back to. It's a small bakery on Richmond Rd near Midtown Row. The cupcakes here are just super delicious and not too sweet for my taste. My ultimate favorites are their Uncommon Carrot cupcake but in the month of April I switch over to the Tremendous Tres Leches cupcake (I wish this was available all year long). Their icing is just perfectly fluffy and not overwhelmingly sweet. There are no photos of the carrot cupcake because it gets devoured right away..so here are pics of their tres leches cupcakes. Drool!!!

My family and I have been wanting to try this bakery for some time now. We finally did and we were definitely impressed. We bought the Marvelous Madagascar, Remarkable red velvet, and Wicked chocolate. The cupcakes were all delicious and fresh. The presentation of the cupcakes were beautiful and you can tell the bakers take their work seriously. We will return the next time we are in the area.

In town visiting family and my resort was down the street so I stopped in...OMG these cupcakes are sooooo freaking EXTRAORDINARY! We had the Remarkable Red Velvet (front right), Uncommon Carrot (back right), The Extraordinary, and Wicked Chocolate. My cupcake & favorite The Uncommon Carrot was the best I've ever had!!! Whenever I'm in town this will definitely always be a stop on my list. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Love their cupcakes but I can never seem to catch them. I would definitely just recommend more accommodating hours. I also have co workers who have said the same. They’re not open before normal work hours during the week and by the time you get off they’re closed. The only day to catch them is on a Saturday because they’re closed on Sundays. I love you guys but please consider staying open maybe one hour later so when people get off work they can grab something sweet for themselves or their families on their way home or making Saturdays your little bit longer days. So many local business are having to close their doors and I don’t want that to happen to you all. Would love to support but I can never catch you. Great cupcakes though!

Best cupcakes in Williamsburg! They are delicious 🥰 My top choices are Vanilla Flip ( white icing special request), Madagascar, and Red Velvet. Carrot cake is also good. Not to mention they also do amazing birthday cakes. I also liked the owners’ picture with Julia Child! 👍 Update: I tried the Wicked chocolate cupcake thanks to my brother who insisted to try it and I absolutely loved it 😍 Your chocolate cupcakes are now special to me 😃 I’m excited to try the apple Brown Betty soon.
