First and foremost, math is obviously hard for these employees. They are broadcasting a 10 piece special that comes with 3 lg sides, 4 biscuits, 4 cookies and half gallon of tea. We asked for 2 extra biscuits. We only received 4 still and only 8 pieces of chicken. Would’ve been fine had 4 of the pieces that we received not been bite sized. When we noticed we were missing the extra biscuits we drove back through only to be given attitude for asking for what we were missing. We proceeded to ask for honey and was handed 4 packs for 6 biscuits.
I was willing to let the math issue go but the way the younger man reacted to us when asking for food we paid for was unnecessary. Will not be back, so sad.

This has to be one of the worst KFC’s I’ve been to. The is always to long and they will make you drive around the store if you food is now ready. Most of all to this day I still have not the right order with them. Today it was supposed to be a breast,but instead it’s a wing…..

Ordered 8 piece bucket of original recipe chicken. The chicken was over cooked and the coating was almost burned. Horrible,dry, inedible.

I called in my order 3-20$ fill ups 2 with regular sides 1 with Mac & cheese for all sides and a pot pie meal with a lemonade to drink I placed the order at 3:15 and Josh said it would be ready in a half hour I said great I’ll be there between 3:45-4 ... when I got there I added more to the order.... well I got home and No Mac & Cheese and No Pot Pie so I called and they said come back they would take care of it ... they gave me the 3 Mac & cheese but we looked at receipt and they didn’t charge me for the pot pie so no replacement and of course that was mine and I didn’t bring my purse with me so I didn’t get my food... but they did give me a cake for me having to come back out there I spent $87.74 and didn’t get my food everything and everyone else was happy

They told me it was going to be a 5 minute wait so I waited, they seemed to forget. I drove back around to the window to get my food after wait 12 minutes. No apology or nothing, just here's your food, fries were pretty gross and the chicken was definitely not hot like it was fresh from the fryer!

The beyond 12 pcs nuggets combo a little pricey, but wasn't to bad.

Probably 2 out of every 5 visits I leave with nothing. Last night was one of them but I'm sure the other restaurant I purchased from appreciated my business. If you can't fill my order then please give me my options. Give me the option to pay more for what I want, wait longer because you need to cook more, etc...instead you stand there like duh. Just remember there is competition out there that will gladly take my money if you don't want it. Hope to see some change....time will tell or my next visit.
