I can assure you I will not visit this KFC location again. After speaking with a manager and requesting food be prepared fresh, I was still given old food. The cost of food here isn’t cheap and the workers and management should be ashamed of themselves. There’s a thing in the food industry called “time and temp” learn to use it and rotate food out. I also want to point out the fact that I gave the order back when I asked for it to be fresh, the African American Male manager gave me the “same exact” food back! After he and another team member touched it! Yes I got a refund, no I wasn’t happy with the service or food.

I only ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, with corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a famous bowl meal. I asked for no pickles on the sandwich. I even confirmed it with 2 people twice. I drove out of my way to go here, and we realized course, once we were all the way home that there were pickles on the sandwich, and we only got 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 things of corn. Any good manager would replace someone’s meal. This manager said we’d have to bring the food back. Lol. So now I have to go out of my way a second time to get 1 lousy piece of chicken, and some mashed potatoes. I didn’t realize the sandwich had the pickles until I’d already hung up with the manager. I’m sure he’d want the sandwich back to replace it though. Won’t be back!!

I first have to tell them they didn't give me the coupon price that I told them I had plus then when I'm at window I give them coupon when I get my change and tell them it's wrong she acts put out. Then I get home instead of 8 piece I get 7 I call them and yes he said twice I'm sorry about that but his answer is to come back now and get another piece of chicken. So then my dinner will be cold when the potatoes and gravy are already. So disappointing

Good location with friendly staff. The foid was good. First time trying chicken tenders and fries at a KFC. The tenders were crunchy and flavorful, albeit a bit dry. The fries were tasty and happily seasoned. The KFC sauce was alright, but nothing to write home about. All in all a pleasant experience. #KCFoodie #CulinaryAdventures #ExploreYourCity #WichitaKS
