Burger King

I started my drive thru order by stating i have a coupon for etc… and the man taking my order said ok. Once i pull up to the window the man tried to tell me that i should have told him i had a coupon. I did three times as i was ordering ……. He then gets my fries and another man that was in there starts asking him why am i getting fries. Amongst themselves they start talking but they are are talking about me very loudly. Im looking at them and they then bring me my order and just the way they handed me my food after throwing my burgers in the bag with attitude was just not customer friendly.

The manager on duty was a nice girl and she looked rather healthy. She was the best part of my visit. This is not to say that the food was bad. It was what I expected, but the place was really run down. The singe outside wasn't even lit. You need to pay to use the restroom and there was no mirror over the sink. Place was kind of a dump.

I really just appreciate the kind customer service the food is decent and the prices are good especially in these up and down times but actually what keeps me going back is there pleasant and willing to make the customer happy sometimes I just need sugar or a straw and not buy anything and they never say no or charge just happy to oblige.🍟🍔☕😊🎉

Stopped in to try the Ch'King today in Whittier. The place was really clean and the guys working the counter (approx. 5:30pm) were very courteous and cordial which is great these days. Need more employees like these that seem to be working their first jobs, learning the ropes and what it takes to provide good customer service. So all that was a plus, plus, plus! I did order the sandwich I had been thinking about and I liked it alot. I've been on this kick to try out all the chicken sandwiches around. I put the Burger King Ch'King at the top of the list. I consider it tasty, juicy, and really yummy! This store in Whittier is probably the best I've been to, so far. I would also recommend the Whopper. Although I didn't order it this time, I used to love them too. Fries and onion rings were just right upon receiving order but they get cold too fast then arent as good. But that happens everywhere so I'm not holding it against them.

They literally shorted me $2.00 and even though it's not alot to some it is still the point of stealing since when you try to call the number on your receipt for this B.K it says it's a magic jack number and they are always unavailable to pick up the phone so it is very shady and upper management will be hearing from me soon since the cameras should show the amount being handed to me verses the amount that I had received and also the register will either be over money that day or someone is stealing from there. I even handed the person a coupon on my phone for the chicken sandwich deal being 5.00 and I ordered a pie as well at regular price and all of a sudden my total went from 9 to 14 and i told the guy that does not make sense whatsoever...i handed u the coupon to save money not spend double and they did not understand until someone else came over and had to ask me twice if im only ordering one meal and i said yes that is the point for the coupon them the other person rang it up correctly and then my total was now 7 and change and my receipt evem shows i should get 12 back but only got 10 and change and what was fishy is the guy seemed kinda nervous maybe he was new so if so I'm sorry but what was shady while almost driving off he kept askin everything good u got everything u have everything correct and I was in a hurry at that point so I didn't look at the change since I saw 2 5s forsure bundled up in receipt but once i got home which is 30 mins away i noticed since I put the money right away with receipt in my wallet that it was short 2 dollars so he is either stealing , that whole store is stealing since their phones dont work, or the guy made a simple mistake since he was still learning but if i go there in a few weeks and they do not give me my 2 dollars there will be issues.
