Update: it's been weeks, there's been no response. The reply to the review was nothing but a performance for the public. They have made 0 indication that there will be any changes at this store. Thus I maintain my position that this store is highly dangerous to visit for any marginalized person. Coming to this store could potentially lead to a deadly interaction with the LA county sheriff's dept. . ---- Counter staff seems to want to get autistic people harmed by the police. I was making a phone call in my car and he called the police on me after I spent $50 I'm taking this complaint to 711 corporate and never shopping in this store again. Once again, the man working behind the counter has a vendetta against people with autism, pure evil!!!

STOP SMOKING INSIDE THE STORE!! You guys can't hide it, it stinks and I can see the cashier trying to hide it when I came in. It must be policy for every employee to be on their phone while ringing you up. This place is ridiculous. Stop throwing my stuff on the counter, get off your effing phone, and be a human being!!!

The cashiers are indifferent. One of the guys just watches movies on his phone while attempting to properly ring you up. The other guy (pretty sure he's the owner) is usually doing anything else he can while trying to ring you up. And there's a third guy I've seen a couple times, and he seems to not understand that the rest of the world exists. All of them make a 2 minute visit become 10 minutes. The store is often in complete disarray, and the registers are so cluttered with other products it becomes difficult to put two cans on the counter. The gas is the only reason I come to this location, and that's gonna change real soon.

They never refill their hand sanitizer stations, one is completely missing, hello, we’re in a pandemic here! Their squeegee solution/water is always dirty, and the thing that bugs me most is that they never allow you to print a receipt at the pump. The receipt paper is never loaded and they’ll make you go inside to get a copy. The gas here is usually the least expensive around. But the afternoon/evening clerk isn't the most friendly. It's like he hates his job and can't stand customers. He's not rude just gives off that vibe.

Terrible experience. The gentleman at the counter was very rude. First, he rung up my transaction and closed it out before I had finished purchasing so I had to do two transactions. It would have been fine except that the cashier then got angry at me for wanting to buy more things! And then, he got confused about what I was trying to purchase and got angry and started saying i hadn’t explained what I wanted properly. As if that’s not bad enough, he asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes. He didn’t hear me so I politely asked if he would give me a bag and he literally threw his hands in the air and yelled that i had said I didn’t want a bag. Then, he yelled some more because i asked him to give me some creamers for my coffee and he didn’t want to go get them for me. Overall very rude, but thank goodness my boyfriend came and stuck up for me and told him that you can’t treat women that way. Ladies beware avoid avoid avoid this place !
