Panera Bread

Never had a bad experience until today. Was my first time at this Panera. Asked for no tomatoes, my sandwich was covered in tomatoes and tomato juice. There was barely any meat on my sandwich, no pickle and the bread had absolutely no taste. I live an hour away so I didn't get to open it until I had gotten home. It was very disappointing. At least my dog enjoyed it. I will not be going back.

I recently stopped at Panera in Whitehall and ordered a Caffe latte. It was great at first, then towards the end I noticed a weird taste and consistency and opened the cup to see… the milk was grainy and clumpy. I’m not certain how this happened. But since the pandemic started Panera is not the same. I keep trying to give them my business but I always end up disappointed. No wonder Starbucks is always full and it’s right across from Panera.

I love Panera bread... This location can be slow. But they seem to have hired done new people who know what's up so it's definitely getting better again! I hate when they're out of stock of things and don't tell you until you order it. Please let me know right when I roll up. It makes ordering easier and faster.

AT least it was finished on time. Never one to write a review but this needed to be written about. Ordered a tuna sandwich for pickup and it was one of the most disgusting things I've had in my life. Tuna was watery and tasted like vinegar, opened the package and the sandwich looked like it was made backwards, tuna and onions everywhere. Asked for no tomato and...yup you guessed it, tomato and juice leaking all over the packaging. Never ordering from this location again. On top of that the apple tasted like plastic and the bread was hard as a rock.

I have not visited in a long time but wanted something quick today so I ordered a Napa Chicken Salad Sandwich ….now I know things are tough all over but sandwiches in the past had less bread and more stuffing now it is more bread and less stuffing….not worth the money at all . The Smoothie was good though. I won’t be back. I miss the sandwich of the past when the insides where overflowing the bread .

This Panera has really gone downhill. Went to order through the drive-thru. One other person was in front of me. Total time was half hour of waiting. When it was finally our turn, we paid. Two employees behind the drive-thru window were clearly arguing and screaming at each other. Ended up going into the restaurant to ask for a refund. Never got our food. Huge disappointment at this location.

If you go here for lunch, place your order in advance. Otherwise, you will be late coming back from lunch. There have been several times when it would take more than 30 minutes for an order to be made for me. Usually around the 2pm or 6pm hours. In one instance, I actually had to cancel and ask for a refund because I had used up all of my break time. Unfortunately, they have forgotten bakery items on to go orders as well. They always rectify by offering me to pick it up later in the day or on my next visit, but it is annoying having an excuse to go back to Panera when I really don't want to go back because of past issues.
