Absolutely loved my first visit to Etzio. The food was amazing, one of the best meals I've ever had. You can feel the passion by the owners. The staff and service was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Amazing atmosphere, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and lovely food. A real gem in Whitchurch and definitely worth a visit - if you can get a table that is! The owner was around the night we visited and after noticing we didn't eat all of our desserts (the flavour profile didn't really work for us), they immediately offered half off and would not accept a tip. Very reasonably priced also.

Wonderful food and lovely team. The food is clearly made with care and everything was fantastic. I had the veal with Parma ham and white wine butter sauce, and it was amazing. Fresh ingredients cooked with care. Desserts were delicious, also. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thanks to the Etzio gang for a lovely eve.

Etzio is a truly authentic Italian restaurant located in the heart of Whitchurch, Shropshire. The restaurant is owned and operated by Claudio and Jo, who are both passionate about Italian cuisine. They use only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, to create their delicious dishes. The menu at Etzio is extensive, with something to suit everyone's taste. There are classic Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, and risotto, as well as more unusual options such as lamb shank and sea bass. The wine list is also excellent, with a wide variety of Italian wines to choose from. The service at Etzio is excellent. Claudio and Jo are always happy to recommend dishes and offer their advice. The staff are also friendly and attentive. The atmosphere at Etzio is warm and inviting. The restaurant is decorated in a traditional Italian style, with terracotta tiles, wooden beams, and chandeliers. There is also a large outdoor terrace, which is perfect for dining al fresco on a warm summer evening. I have eaten at Etzio on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect. I would highly recommend Etzio to anyone looking for a truly authentic Italian dining experience. Overall, Etzio Italian restaurant in Whitchurch is a highly rated and popular restaurant with a loyal customer base. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch, making it a great choice for a special occasion or a casual night out.

We went for valentines day last week and had a fantastic meal! We both had two courses for £12.95 (I think) and it was delicious I was just sorry I couldn't eat it all! Great atmosphere with a roaring fire and friendly staff. Even on such a busy day we didn't feel rushed and had time to relax and enjoy our meal.

Found Etzio purely by chance and what a find it was. How they produce the quality of food for the price is beyond me. All three course's were excellent as we're the staff. Can't recommend Etzio highly enough. Luckily we live relatively close so will certainly be back. If you are near Whitchurch give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.
